Paul and Heather Merz opened Olde Towne Nutrition in 2021 because Elkhorn deserved a place that felt like a hangout and worked like fuel. The drinks are plant-based and macro-friendly. The room is chalkboard menus, teal stools, and someone who remembers your name.
We mix Herbalife nutrition into teas and shakes so they actually do something — energy, protein, hydration — then we name them after candy, because that’s how you get people to come back on a Wednesday.
